Job summary

HP is seeking an experienced Product Manager to refine, build, and evolve our Device Certification and Platform Readiness program. This role owns the end-to-end framework that ensures new hardware devices and peripherals are onboarded into HP manageability and application experiences with predictable quality, readiness, and scale.

This is a platform-oriented product role focused on operationalizing excellence.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management or platform product management experience.
Experience designing and operationalizing structured frameworks across teams.
Experience with hardware, firmware, or device-centric software platforms.

Responsibilities

Define and own the Device Certification and Platform Readiness program with tiers and criteria.
Establish a standardized readiness framework for hardware NPIs entering Device Manageability, Cloud services, and app experiences.
Collaborate with hardware product teams to embed certification requirements early in NPI planning.
Ensure devices meet defined quality bars before broad customer exposure and sales enablement.
