Apple Inc. is seeking a Principal Quality Engineer to evolve the Quality Engineering organization within Apple Services Engineering. You will partner with leaders to develop strategy, implement tools, and drive adoption across a global, multi-disciplinary team.

The role focuses on scaling quality across server and UI domains and integrating AI into testing workflows. You will lead and mentor diverse teams, shape quality processes, and influence product lifecycles through metrics, collaboration,

Qualificações

• 10+ years experience in the quality engineering space.
• Experience leading large technical organizations through change.
• Expert in QA/QE practices with track record of improving quality through processes, systems and automation.
• Strong technical leadership and architecture sense.
• Experience working with distributed teams across cultures, geography and timezones.
• High value on teamwork, collaboration, and cross-functional alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive cross-organizational quality strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product partners to align on strategic efforts.
• Define, instrument, and implement metrics to measure success of the strategic efforts.
• Integrate AI as a core competency into Quality lifecycle and tooling.
• Communicate progress effectively across the organization, to all levels of leadership.
