Job summary

Apple, Inc. in Cupertino, CA seeks a Platform Program Manager to drive platform capability expansion across services partnerships.

You will bridge business strategy, technical integration, and partner execution, guiding global partners through onboarding and ensuring operational readiness across multiple teams. You will define onboarding workflows, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Legal, and advance automation to scale partner operations while supporting multi-country configurations

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program or operations management experience driving complex, partner-facing integrations.
• Deep familiarity with subscription lifecycle mechanics, recurring billing, and API-driven partner integrations.
• Proven track record in end-to-end partner onboarding & operational readiness, coordinating intake processes and PVT/UAT.
• Strong cross-functional orchestration skills across Engineering, Product, Business Development, Commerce/Billing, Legal/Privacy, and Regional Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational lifecycle for new platform features and major partner launches.
• Drive partner adoption of platform capabilities and onboarding for emerging features to our billing platform.
• Define migration and sunset flows (CIP to Direct) and ensure end-to-end operational requirements.
• Lead Production Verification and Testing Strategy with QA and UAT teams; coordinate test assets and accounts.
• Triage blockers and resolve issues impacting launches (localization, tax formatting, data flow).
• Oversee intake trackers and roadmap requests; balance partner velocity with platform health.
• Standardize governance with regional teams and enablement; enhance onboarding toolkits.
• Drive process automation to create self-serve, scalable tools.
