You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Legal, and Marketing to define operational readiness, implement scalable automation, and standardize governance for regional teams.

Qualifications

8+ years of technical program or operations management experience driving complex, partner-facing integrations.
Deep familiarity with subscription lifecycle mechanics, recurring billing, and API-driven partner integrations.
Proven track record in end-to-end partner onboarding & operational readiness, coordinating workstreams globally.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end operational lifecycle for new platform features and partner launches.
Lead platform onboarding and partner adoption for emerging features to the billing platform.
Define migration, sunset flows, and end-to-end operational requirements for partner transitions.
Partner with product and engineering to ensure operational readiness for new subscription models and multi-country configurations.
Oversee testing strategy with QA and UAT, coordinate test accounts and allowlisting.
Triage blockers and discrepancies impacting partner launches and automate onboarding workflows.
