Apple’s Partner Operations team is seeking an experienced, highly collaborative, and technically astute Program Manager to lead platform capability expansion across our Apple services partnerships.
In this role, you will bridge business strategy, technical integration, and partner execution. You will guide global partners—spanning telecommunications carriers, subscription video on demand (SVOD) providers, and retail integrators—through the onboarding lifecycle, ensuring they can seamlessly adopt new platform capabilities. You will operate comfortably in the gray, translate complex commerce and linking architectures into actionable operational workflows, and drive alignment across Business Development, Engineering, Product, QA, Marketing, Legal, and more. You will also continue to refine parter onboarding and management processes and tools, utilizing innovative approaches - knowing when to use technical tools such as AI while understanding the necessity for face to face collaboration.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $149,200 and $249,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
