Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared platform capabilities across product teams. You will articulate the what and why, align Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to deliver measurable results, and drive adoption from problem to market.

You’ll become a subject-matter expert on health plans operations, translating insights into capabilities that fit payer workflows and drive client use.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong PM fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, requirements, Agile delivery, stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Able to participate in architecture discussions with engineers.
• Track plans, risks, and dependencies across teams.
• Experience on Agile/Scrum/Lean/DevOps teams.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and technical teams.
• Strong communication across technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI/LLM tools and applying emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities.
• Become SME on health plans operations and translate into capabilities.
• Prioritize work by internal teams, clients, and strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
• Maintain integrated plan, risk log, and decision records across teams.
• Brief executives with updates and recommendations.
• Meet contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements including PHI protection.
