Job summary

InvestCloud, a global wealth technology leader, seeks a Technical Product Manager for Private Markets Integrations. You will own integrations across wealth platforms, trading/OMS, custodians, and fund admins, designing reusable connectivity patterns and interfaces that enable fast, scalable onboarding.

The role emphasizes working against the network's rules and a measurable not-in-good-order rate target, with real technical heterogeneity including modern APIs and nightly file flows.

Qualifications

• Integration product ownership: ownership of integrations as a product rather than projects.
• Fluent across integration methods: REST/JSON, webhooks, queues, and batch file exchange.
• Data modeling at the boundary: define fields and mapping to a canonical model.
• Systems thinking across counterparties: optimise flow between loosely coupled systems.
• Alternatives trade lifecycle: understanding subscriptions, redemptions and post-trade servicing.

Responsibilities

• Own integration quality in production, including monitoring, reconciliation and failure modes.
• Drive not-in-good-order rate down by upstream validation.
• Use AI to accelerate repetitive parts of the work (format mapping, test data, specs).
• Collaborate with Engineering on sequencing and scope, staying close to build for credible trade-offs.
• Design the standard interface for wealth platforms to enable faster onboarding.
