Hygiena, based in Camarillo, CA, is seeking a Product Manager (Platform) to unify multiple software applications into a single customer experience. You will own the platform roadmap end-to-end, drive cross-app integrations (CRM, ERP, billing), and lead cross-functional teams to deliver unified sign-on, shared data, and cross-sell opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• 5 years in product management for B2B SaaS, including 2+ years owning capabilities shared across multiple applications.
• Experience connecting multiple applications into a single system with unified experiences.
• Strong UI/UX skills demonstrated with measurable usability/adoption improvements.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate product work with attention to data privacy and compliance.
• Knowledge of identity and access concepts, SSO, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
• Experience shipping to enterprise security and procurement requirements (SSO, SOC 2-style controls).
• Experience defining shared data models and API/event contracts between systems; reading API specs.
• Experience integrating with CRM, ERP (Dynamics NAV/Business Central), and Stripe.
• Experience with product-led growth, in-app upsell/cross-sell, experimentation and conversion metrics.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum; Azure DevOps.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the platform product roadmap and revenue objectives.
• Define the unified customer experience across applications (single sign-on, cross-app navigation, shared settings).
• Define shared data model and integration requirements for cross-app workflows.
• Own in-app cross-sell between products end-to-end; drive conversions.
• Manage integrations with CRM, ERP, and billing systems to ensure accurate data and invoicing.
• Lead the phased separation of applications from legacy architecture into standalone products.
• Collaborate with Engineering in Azure DevOps for backlog refinement and release planning.
• Set cross-app standards and communicate platform strategy to leadership and stakeholders.
