Job summary

Hygiena is seeking a Product Manager (Platform) to unify SureTrend, SureKleanz, SureDoc and SureLab into a single, cohesive platform. You will own the platform roadmap end to end, delivering unified sign-in, cross-app navigation, shared data and merged reporting, while driving cross-sell opportunities across product lines.

You will work with Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success to improve customer adoption and cross-app usage, with a remote role ideal for Southern

Qualifications

• Experience unifying multiple apps into one platform with cohesive UX.
• Strong UI/UX judgment; experience shaping navigation and onboarding to boost adoption.
• Experience with SSO, OAuth, OpenID Connect and identity providers.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the platform roadmap and revenue objectives.
• Define unified customer experience across apps (SSO, shared settings, cross-app navigation).
• Define shared data models and integration requirements for cross-app workflows.
• Own in-app cross-sell between products end to end and run experiments to improve conversion.
• Lead integrations with CRM, ERP, and billing to ensure accurate data and timely invoicing.
• Partner with Engineering in Azure DevOps for backlog refinement and release coordination.
• Collaborate with product managers to set cross-app standards and communicate strategy.
