Job summary

Keyfactor is seeking a Technical Product Manager for the Keyfactor Platform. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and sales, and deliver products that meet strategic objectives.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and thrive in a cross-functional team. The role emphasizes backlog ownership, data-driven decision making, and a hands-on approach with a focus on PKI, cryptography, and enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven product management experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven decisions and solid analytical skills.
• Able to learn new tools and concepts independently.
• Comfort with PKI, cryptography, and enterprise security concepts.
• Experience with Linux, Windows, and Kubernetes environments.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy aligned to company goals.
• Develop roadmaps and prioritize features by business value.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Own backlog and translate features into engineering tasks.
• Create detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee product development with engineering teams.
• Monitor performance, gather feedback, and iterate.
• Serve as primary contact for product-related inquiries.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Build strong relationships with partners and customers.
