Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared platform capabilities, aligning product teams with engineering, data, regulatory, and client services. You’ll define the vision and roadmap, translate healthcare workflows into scalable capabilities, and drive adoption across markets.

You’ll collaborate with teams to specify APIs, data models, and lifecycle policies while ensuring privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management for SaaS products.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong PM fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, and delivery.
• Knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).

Responsibilities

• Set vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities.
• Translate health plan operations into platform capabilities for payer workflows.
• Prioritize work across internal teams and clients.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies.
• Lead architecture discussions with engineers and cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain plans, risks, and decisions with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance.
• Brief executives with updates and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and HIPAA requirements.
• Apply AI/LLM tools to improve speed, while preserving data integrity and governance.
