Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared capabilities across product teams, guiding what and why, and ensuring adoption from kickoff to rollout.

You'll coordinate Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to deliver reusable platform capabilities that fit payer workflows and scale across markets. Healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong PM fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, requirements, Agile, stakeholder management.
• Experience with APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Experience on Agile, Scrum, Lean, or DevOps teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Healthcare experience preferred, with provider, member, claims, or network data.

Responsabilités

• Become a SME on how health plans operate and translate that into capabilities that fit payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work balancing internal teams, clients, and company strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies for shared capabilities.
• Maintain an integrated plan, risk log, and decision records; drive cross-team deliverables to completion.
• Meet contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements including HIPAA.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
