Zusammenfassung

Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared capabilities across product teams. You will define the vision, roadmap, and requirements, then align Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to deliver reusable capabilities.

You will work closely with health plans to ensure solutions fit payer workflows, meet privacy and security requirements, and scale across markets. Healthcare experience is a plus; strong communication is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Product management experience in SaaS with end-to-end lifecycle.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong PM fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, requirements, Agile, stakeholder mgmt.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Proven ability to track plans, risks, and dependencies across teams.
• Experience on Agile, Scrum, Lean, or DevOps.
• Excellent communication and cross-team relationship-building.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Familiarity with provider data standards.

Aufgaben

• Become a SME on how health plans operate and translate that into capabilities that fit payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work by weighing the needs of internal product teams, clients, and company strategy.
• Define the API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
• Keep an integrated plan, risk log, and decision record, and drive cross-team deliverables to completion with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance.
• Meet contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements, including protecting PHI under HIPAA.
• Use AI and other emerging technologies in daily work to move faster and innovate, while keeping sound judgment, data integrity, and compliance standards.
