Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared capabilities across product teams. You will shape the what and why of core platform services, coordinating Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to deliver measurable results.

You’ll learn payer workflows, ensure HIPAA compliance, and drive adoption of platform capabilities across markets. Candidates with healthcare experience or fast industry uptake are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment with product-to-market execution.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong PM fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable).
Ability to follow and contribute to architecture discussions with engineers.
Experience on Agile, Scrum, Lean, or DevOps teams and partnering with Engineering teams.
Hands-on familiarity with AI/LLM tools and applying emerging tech responsibly.

Responsibilities

Set vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across full lifecycle.
Become a SME on health plan operations and translate into payer workflow capabilities.
Prioritize platform work balancing internal teams, clients, and company strategy.
Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies for shared capabilities.
Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
Maintain integrated plans, risk logs, and cross-team deliverables with multiple functions.
Brief executives with updates and recommendations.
Meet contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements including PHI protection under HIPAA.
Use AI and emerging tech to move faster while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
