Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared capabilities across product teams and define the vision, roadmap, and requirements for those capabilities. You will align Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to deliver measurable results.

Healthcare experience is preferred, but strong communication, curiosity, and the ability to pick up a new industry quickly are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Foundations in discovery, prioritization, requirements, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Track plans, risks, and dependencies across teams; experience on Agile, Scrum, Lean, or DevOps.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Healthcare experience preferred, provider/member/claims/data; familiarity with provider data standards.

Responsabilités

• Become a SME on health plans and translate into capabilities that fit payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work by weighing internal teams, clients, and company strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
• Maintain integrated plan, risk log, and decision record; drive cross-team deliverables.
• Meet contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements, including PHI protection under HIPAA.
• Use AI and emerging tech while upholding data integrity and compliance.
