Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared capabilities across product teams, delivering reusable platform components for health plan workflows. You will align with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to drive measurable results and adoption.

You will prioritize work, define API contracts and data models, and lead cross-functional discussions to ensure compliance with HIPAA and data governance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Product Management fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across full lifecycle.
• Become an SME on how health plans operate and translate into capabilities that fit payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work by weighing needs of internal product teams, clients, and company strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
• Maintain integrated plan, risk log, and decision records; drive cross-team deliverables.
