You will define the vision and roadmap for API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies, coordinating with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, and Finance to deliver measurable results.

• Translates health-plan domain knowledge into reusable platform capabilities.
• Prioritizes platform work across internal teams, clients, and strategy.
• Defines API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies for shared capabilities.
• Leads architecture discussions with engineers and cross-functional partners.
• Tracks plans, risks, and dependencies; drives cross-team deliverables to completion.
• Briefs executives with concise updates and recommendations.
• Ensures regulatory, privacy, and security requirements including PHI protection.
