Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared platform capabilities that span across product teams. You will align Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to drive measurable results and reuse across markets.

You’ll become a subject-matter expert on health plan operations, translating payer workflows into scalable platform capabilities while maintaining privacy, security, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management in SaaS, taking capabilities to market.
• Bachelor's or Master's in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong PM fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).

Responsibilities

• Set vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across full lifecycle.
• Become SME on health plans and translate to payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work considering internal teams, clients, and company strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
• Maintain integrated plan, risk log, and cross-team deliverables.
• Brief executives with updates and recommendations.
• Meet regulatory, privacy, and security requirements including HIPAA.
• Apply AI/LLM tools to move faster while upholding data integrity.
