Quest Analytics seeks a Platform Product Manager to own shared capabilities powering multiple product teams. You will define the vision, roadmap, and API/data models, collaborating with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to deliver reusable platform services that fit payer workflows and HIPAA requirements.

You’ll drive adoption, communicate with executives, and oversee governance, risk, and dependencies across teams while applying emerging AI tools

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong Product Management fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile, stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Ability to participate in architecture discussions with engineers.
• Proven track record tracking plans, risks, and dependencies across teams.
• Experience on Agile, Scrum, Lean, or DevOps teams.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and technical teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI/LLM tools and interest in applying emerging tech.

Aufgaben

• Set the vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across the full lifecycle.
• Become a SME on health plan operations and translate into payer-friendly capabilities.
• Prioritize platform work by weighing internal and client needs and company strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
• Maintain an integrated plan, risk log, and decision records; drive cross-team delivery with stakeholders.
• Brief executives and stakeholders with updates and recommendations.
• Meet contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements including PHI under HIPAA.
• Use AI and emerging technologies to move faster while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
