Job summary
Quest Analytics seeks a Platform Product Manager to own shared platform capabilities that power our health plan-focused product suite. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to deliver measurable results and reusable capabilities across products and markets.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong PM fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, requirements, Agile delivery, stakeholder management
- Knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake)
- Ability to contribute to architecture discussions with engineers
- Proven system for tracking plans, risks, and dependencies
- Experience on Agile, Scrum, Lean, or DevOps teams
- Experience partnering with Engineering and technical teams
- Strong communication and relationship-building across audiences
- Hands-on familiarity with AI/LLM tools and applying emerging tech
Responsibilities
- Set vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across lifecycle
- Become SME on health plan operations and translate into payer workflows
- Prioritize platform work by internal teams, clients, and strategy
- Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies
- Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers
- Maintain integrated plan, risk log, and decision records; drive cross-team deliverables
- Brief executives with updates and recommendations
- Ensure PHI privacy and HIPAA compliance
- Use AI/LLM/tools to move faster while ensuring data integrity and compliance
