Job summary

Factory is seeking a Product Manager for Scale to own how our platform supports end-to-end software development for the world’s largest companies. You will help CIOs/CTOs govern AI proliferation, control costs, and measure token ROI by enabling admins, executives, and end-users to trust and efficiently operate Factory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience spanning product and engineering roles, including a deep developer tools background or at least one year in an engineering role.
• Deep experience with what large-scale enterprise companies need to deploy developer tools across their organization.
• Experience working closely with executive buyers at large organizations.
• Strong technical foundation, with experience partnering closely with engineering teams to design, build, and ship complex technical products.
• Proven ability to drive product launches, from concept through release, with evidence of meaningful user adoption or commercial impact.
• Actively engaged with the AI ecosystem, staying current on coding agents, model capabilities, and emerging industry trends through hands‑on experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for multiple major areas of our product.
• Partner closely with customers and work closely with data to understand pain points and translate them into product improvements.
• Work with engineering and research to ship features that keep Factory at the frontier of AI-powered development.
• Build frameworks and processes that scale as the product team grows.
