Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or related field.
• Deep understanding of product management processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; track record in platform PM roles delivering enterprise capabilities.
• Experience defining big visions and inspiring teams to automate complex processes.
• Technical depth in SaaS software development, release pipelines, and testing automation; strong engagement with engineering/architecture teams.
• Data-driven approach to success metrics and baselines.
• AI competency and experience using AI in workflows or automations.
• Experience working with customers and end-users to understand pain points.

Responsibilities

• Craft platform product strategy with PD and architecture teams.
• Develop short and long-term platform vision and roadmap with stakeholders.
• Manage backlog grooming, roadmapping, prioritization, and execution from MVP to scale.
• Handle upstream/downstream dependencies and timelines.
• Create PRDs based on strategy and customer needs; refine with architecture/PD.
• Drive maturity of reusable platform components.
• Coordinate with program management and engineering teams.
• Design secure, scalable solutions easy to integrate and deploy.
• Use data-driven metrics to define success and communicate plans.
• Collaborate with program management to ensure project execution and delivery.
• Spend time with end-users to understand pain points and opportunities.
