Job summary

First American is seeking a Senior Director of Platform Product Management to shape long-term technology and product strategy across shared platforms and services.

You will lead a portfolio of enterprise capabilities, partnering with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Business leaders to drive adoption, improve developer experience, and enable faster delivery with strong governance and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management leadership across platform/enterprise software.
• Proven platform strategy development for multiple products/business units.
• Strong cloud technologies, API, and enterprise platform architecture knowledge.
• Ability to influence executives without direct authority.
• Experience balancing investments, debt, reliability, security, and compliance.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management for senior leaders.
• Experience leading Product Managers and Product Leaders across a portfolio.
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year platform product strategy across the portfolio.
• Shape platform boundaries and drive standardization, consolidation, and reuse.
• Lead a team of Product Managers and Product Leaders for shared capabilities.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Business leaders on roadmaps.
• Drive platform adoption by improving developer experience and onboarding.
• Shape capabilities for AI- and agent-enabled operating models.
