Job summary

First American in Santa Ana, CA, seeks a Senior Director of Platform Product Management to lead a portfolio of shared platform capabilities across the business. You will define a multi-year strategy, shape roadmaps with engineering, security, and operations, and drive platform adoption.

You will build and mentor a high-performing PM organization, establish clear decision rights, and translate complex technology into measurable business value for multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management, including leadership for platform/enterprise software.
• Proven success building platform strategies serving multiple products/business units.
• Strong understanding of cloud, APIs, platform architectures, and enterprise ecosystems.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience balancing investments, debt, reliability, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year platform product strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Define and shape the platform portfolio to maximize reuse and enterprise value.
• Lead PMs and Product Leaders responsible for enterprise platforms and APIs.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Operations on roadmaps and priorities.
• Drive platform adoption and improve developer experience and usability.
• Shape AI-enabled operating models with secure, observable services.
• Prioritize investments across capacity, security, and reliability.
• Establish measures of success and communicate portfolio risks and tradeoffs.
• Lead cross-functional planning and executive-level communication on vision.
