Job summary

WellBeam Inc. is seeking a Product Manager, Platform in San Francisco to own the roadmap and day-to-day execution for platform scalability and foundational services. You will work with Engineering and partners to identify constraints, define requirements, and drive delivery.

The role focuses on scalability, reliability, identity/access, notifications, reporting, audit logging, APIs, and existing integrations, with potential expansion to core product platform work as capacity allows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or technical program management in B2B SaaS or platform products.
• Demonstrated ownership with experience driving cross-functional initiatives to closure in fast-moving environments.
• Technical fluency with ability to partner credibly with Engineering on scalability, APIs, access control, reliability, and trade-offs.
• Experience translating product and customer needs into clear platform requirements, priorities, and execution plans.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and delivery tools (Mixpanel, Metabase, Jira, Confluence, Airtable).
• Clear, concise communication and the ability to align Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

Responsibilities

• Own platform scalability and reliability with Engineering to improve performance and observability.
• Drive initiatives across identity and access, notifications, reporting, audit logging, and APIs/SDKs.
• Maintain and strengthen EMR integrations and ensure connections are scalable.
• Support platform-oriented core product work and customer-facing scalability improvements.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery cadence; coordinate QA and releases.
• Foster cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Customer Success and other partners.
• Own instrumentation and documentation for analytics and dashboards (Mixpanel, Metabase); maintain docs in Confluence/Google Drive.
• Participate in client scoping conversations during US hours to gather platform-related requirements.
