Job summary

Trainline seeks an Associate Product Manager for its Mobile Platform team to shape platform capabilities powering iOS and Android apps. You will work to reduce friction, improve reliability and enable growth across Core Experience, Customer Growth and New Business.

You’ll own the mobile CI/CD experience, help manage releases, run discovery with internal users, and partner with engineers to drive measurable improvements in build stability and developer productivity.

• Ability to connect internal team needs to wider business strategy and to manage a backlog in an Agile environment.
• Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders and the ability to tell a compelling story to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day product ownership of the mobile CI/CD experience with Engineering Lead and Senior PM.
• Support the weekly mobile release management process to ensure reliable app releases on App Store and Google Play.
• Run lightweight discovery with internal users to identify pain points and hypothesize improvements for developer experience.
• Work with engineers to improve platform reliability, monitoring and alerting.
• Support business enablement through new mobile platform capabilities for Core Experience, Customer Growth and New Business.
