Job summary

Procore is seeking an Associate Product Manager 2, Release Tooling to own the internal release platform that powers how we ship software across teams in Austin.

You'll collaborate with Engineering and UX to design and ship polished tools, enabling self-serve release control, configurable approval workflows, and a transparent analytics surface. This high-leverage role touches every launch and accelerates delivery for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with experience building internal tools, platforms, or workflow products.
• Collaborate with UX and Engineering to design and ship polished products in an agile environment.
• Obsess over how work gets done and turn messy processes into usable products.
• Frame problems clearly, define crisp requirements, and set success metrics.
• Builder's curiosity about emerging tech—especially AI.

Responsibilities

• Own the internal release platform—the system of record for everything Procore ships across the company.
• Own and evolve today’s release processes and workflows, building toward a purpose-built platform.
• Give product managers self-serve control over the full release lifecycle, from pilots through general availability.
• Build the approval workflows that let product leaders control what ships, when, and how it's packaged to customers.
• Coordinate the downstream go-to-market work—what customer success, product marketing, and enablement need for every release.
• Own the content pipeline that flows PM-authored release information to Procore's customer-facing release surface.
• Build the analytics layer that gives the whole company visibility into adoption across all releases.
