Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and roadmap for Retool’s integration platform.
• Lead 0-1 projects from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering and design on platform and builder UX.
• Explore new ideas with customers to identify problems worth solving.
• Evaluate build-versus-partner decisions with external partners.
• Make clear product and tech tradeoffs without broad consensus.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to communicate value.
• Define success by ease of setup, reuse, adoption, and value.
