Zusammenfassung

Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared capabilities across product teams, ensuring the “what and why” of platform work aligns with payer workflows and health-plan needs.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to deliver measurable results and drive adoption of platform capabilities across markets. Healthcare experience is preferred but rapid industry learning is valued.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment, with proven delivery from development to market.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Product Management fundamentals including discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Set the vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across full lifecycle and build for reuse across products and markets.
• Become a SME on how health plans operate and translate into payer-workflow aligned capabilities.
• Prioritize platform work by weighing needs of internal teams, clients, and company strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
• Maintain integrated plans, risk logs, and decision records; drive cross-team deliverables to completion with multiple teams.
• Brief executives and stakeholders with updates and recommendations.
• Meet contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements including PHI protection under HIPAA.
• Leverage AI/LLM tools to move faster while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
