Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared platform capabilities from problem to adoption. You will align Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to deliver measurable results, while gaining deep knowledge of payer workflows.

Healthcare experience is preferred; candidates from other domains with strong communication and curiosity are welcome. Remote, hybrid, or in-office work options are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, with track record taking capabilities to market.
• Strong discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and architecture discussions with engineers.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and technical teams; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities end-to-end.
• Become an SME on health plan operations and translate into payer-friendly capabilities.
• Prioritize platform work balancing internal teams, clients, and company strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies for shared capabilities.
• Lead architecture discussions and drive cross-team deliverables to completion.
