Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own the shared capabilities that power our product teams. You will set the vision and roadmap for platform features, partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to deliver value across payer workflows and new markets.

You will translate health-plan knowledge into reusable capabilities, prioritize work across internal teams and clients, and define API contracts and data models.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management in a SaaS environment.
• Strong PM fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable).
• A proven system for tracking plans, risks, and dependencies across teams.
• Experience on Agile, Scrum, Lean, or DevOps teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Healthcare experience, ideally with provider, member, claims, or network data.

• Keep an integrated plan, risk log, and decision record; drive cross-team deliverables to completion.
• Meet contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements, including HIPAA compliance.
• Use AI and emerging technologies to move faster while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
