Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared capabilities across product teams. You will translate health-plan workflows into scalable platform features, define API contracts, and drive end-to-end delivery with Engineering, Architecture, Data, and Compliance teams.

You will lead with a client-journey mindset, manage prioritization, and ensure alignment with regulatory and security requirements, including HIPAA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong PM fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, requirements, Agile delivery, stakeholder mgmt.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Ability to contribute to architecture discussions with engineers.
• Proven system for tracking plans, risks, and dependencies across teams.
• Experience on Agile, Scrum, Lean, or DevOps teams.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across full lifecycle.
• Become an SME on how health plans operate and translate into capabilities for payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work considering internal product teams, clients, and company strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies for shared capabilities.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
• Maintain an integrated plan, risk log, and decision records; drive cross-team deliverables.
• Brief executives with updates and recommendations.
• Meet regulatory, privacy, and security requirements including PHI protections under HIPAA.
• Use AI/LLM tools to move faster while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
