Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared platform capabilities across product teams, guiding them from problem through adoption and enabling reuse across markets.

You’ll become a SME on health plan operations and translate that into scalable capabilities that fit payer workflows, collaborating with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong PM fundamentals, including discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Ability to follow architecture discussions with engineers.
• Experience on Agile, Scrum, Lean, or DevOps teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI/LLM tools.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across full lifecycle.
• Become SME on health plan operations and translate into capabilities for payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work balancing internal teams, clients, and company strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
• Maintain integrated plan, risk log, and drive cross-team deliverables.
• Brief executives and stakeholders with updates and recommendations.
• Meet contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements including PHI under HIPAA.
• Use AI and emerging technologies to move faster while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
