the company in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Product Manager to shape the platform work strategy and workflows, partnering with Design, Engineering, Data Science, Sales and Marketing to deliver a cohesive end-to-end product experience.

The role requires 5+ years in product management with B2B SaaS exposure, and a strong customer-centric approach. This is a hybrid, office-based position with core in-office days and WFH options depending on duties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Manager, with 1-2 years on B2B SaaS.
• Direct interaction with customers to understand challenges.
• Strong collaboration with design, engineering and marketing teams.
• Think systemically to simplify complex user flows.
• Provide strategic insights for features and platform growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a compelling roadmap to power end-to-end workflows.
• Synthesize input from customers, user research, data science, and partners.
• Take initiatives from 0 to 1 and scale after PMF validation.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing and customer success.
• Support other R&D teams to achieve their goals.
