United States Digital Space LLC in Warsaw seeks a Staff Product Manager to shape the product strategy for the agency AI-native lifecycle. You will collaborate with design, research and engineering to turn ambiguous problems into fast, minimal workflows for high-performing teams.
The role requires 6+ years in product management and the ability to define a focused roadmap in a rapidly evolving space, working with cross-functional partners to ship high-impact features.
The Product Management team drives the company's product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for team productivity and collaboration. We're helping to define the Work Management category and inventing new ways for teams to work more efficiently together and see the larger purpose behind their work. Our team works directly with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, and Data Science, as well as with Sales, Support, and Marketing to ship great products. You'll take part in every type of product work here - from strategy to product to process improvements - conceptualizing, launching, and iterating on the company itself for millions of teams around the world.
Joining our recently formed team in Warsaw, you'll contribute to the product direction for the company's new product for the agentic software development lifecycle - our bet on what the next $100M+ line of business looks like. As a Staff Product Manager, you'll work from first principles to define how modern teams plan, sequence, and ship work in an AI-native world.
You'll partner closely with design, research and engineering to turn ambiguous problem spaces into sharp, opinionated workflows that feel fast, minimal, and "obviously right" to high-performing teams. You'll validate your bets directly with demanding customers - from hypergrowth startups to global enterprises, and be accountable for turning those insights into a focused roadmap and real business impact.
