Job summary

GetResponse is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Core Platform domain, shaping strategy and a clear roadmap for backend capabilities. You will partner with engineering to translate business requirements into executable plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align development with company goals.

You will prioritize initiatives, drive collaboration, and monitor platform performance to ensure scalable, reliable backend solutions; fluency in Polish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management in a SaaS environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating with backend engineering teams; understanding of APIs, databases and system architecture.
• Experience with product planning, prioritization and project management methodologies.
• Fluent Polish and English at least B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Core Platform domain.
• Partner with engineering to define, prioritize, and deliver platform capabilities.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear product initiatives and actionable plans.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Architects, and IT stakeholders to align development with objectives.
• Prioritize initiatives based on value, impact, dependencies, and platform health.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and communicate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Monitor platform performance, scalability, and reliability; identify improvement opportunities.
• Support delivery of high-quality backend solutions with engineering and QA teams.
• Make data-informed decisions and evaluate impact of initiatives.
