Job summary

the company in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Product Manager to shape the platform work strategy and workflows, partnering with Design, Engineering, Data Science, Sales and Marketing to deliver a cohesive end-to-end product experience.

The role requires 5+ years in product management with B2B SaaS exposure, and a strong customer-centric approach. This is a hybrid, office-based position with core in-office days and WFH options depending on duties.

Job description

The Product Management team drives the company’s product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for team productivity and collaboration. We’re helping to define the Work Management category and inventing new ways for teams to work more efficiently together and see the larger purpose behind their work. Our team works directly with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, and Data Science, as well as with Sales, Support, and Marketing to ship great products. You’ll take part in every type of product work here — from strategy to product to process improvements — conceptualizing, launching, and iterating on the company itself for millions of teams around the world.

We are looking for an experienced product manager to join the team responsible for key elements of the company’s work platform strategy. Over the next 2 years, a critical piece of the company’s strategy is to continue building out a platform that can support many different types of workflows. You’ll be responsible for understanding how customers’ need to structure work to enable their workflows and build out the features to meet those needs directly, and enable other the company R&D teams to incorporate structure into their features. You’ll work with a large set of cross-functional partners across both our GTM and internal teams to learn about how internal and external customers of all sizes need to customize their core the company experience to support their workflows, and how your work fits within the entire customer lifecycle so that we customers feel confident in structuring their work in the right way at the right time to power.

This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve

Define and deliver a compelling roadmap to ensure customers have the structure they need to power their end to end workflows.Synthesize input from customers, user research, data science, and business partners, ensuring we are continuously investing in the right ways to structure work, and shifting quickly when an area is no longer leveraged.Take new initiatives from 0 to 1, and then scale them up, as we validate product market fitPartner closely with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success to co-create a cohesive end to end journey and execute on the roadmap with velocity.Collaborate across the R&D organization to support other R&D teams in achieving their goals.

About you
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 1-2 years experience on B2B SaaS.
  • Customer-centric: You spend time directly with customers to understand their nuanced challenges and synthesizing research to identify and solve problems..
  • Communication and collaboration: Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, clarifying complex concepts and writing precise product specifications. You pair effectively with design, engineering, and our business teams.
  • Systems thinker: Think systemically, creating solutions that simplify complex use cases for customers.
  • Strategic: Provide strategic insights and create intuitive connections within the custom field & types features and platform to address critical customer issues.
  • Get Stuff Done: Execute projects with high velocity, breaking them down into MVPs and iterative stages for impactful delivery.
  • Grow Team the company: Foster team morale and share best practices in product management.

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 29,000 - 31,935PLN. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
