Job summary

Delinea seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead and execute the strategic vision for platform Shared Services powering all Delinea Platform products. You will own the policy service, workflow orchestration, inbox, and notifications, driving adoption across multiple product teams in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in platform product management, strong API-first and multi-tenant knowhow, and a track record of delivering scalable shared services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in product management, focusing on platform services or foundational capabilities.
• Strong understanding of multi-tenant SaaS and API-first design principles.
• Experience bringing platform capabilities to market and driving cross‑team adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy for shared platform services (policy, workflow, inbox, notifications).
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to validate requirements for policy and workflows.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to design extensible, adoptable shared services.
• Develop a robust policy framework with auditable enforcement across the platform.
• Own the workflow/approval service roadmap, enabling complex multi-step processes.
• Evolve inbox and notification services with configurable, user-friendly experiences.
• Advocate API-first, self-service design and track adoption metrics.
• Stay current on policy-as-code, workflow orchestration, and event-driven architectures.
