Job summary

Reflex Media seeks a Technical Product Manager to own the platform and internal systems for Seeking.com, coordinating with engineering, moderation, and finance. You will simplify complex architectures, define interfaces, and drive data-driven decisions using metrics and runbooks.

You will write specs, prototype backend endpoints, and partner with AI tooling to deliver reliable, well-documented systems. The role is fully remote within the United States and reports to Head of Product.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in a technical field is required.
• 3–6 years in a technical product role with IC background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, REST APIs, microservices, and databases.
• SQL fluency and ability to read production warehouse queries.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own platform and internal systems roadmap across tools and microservices.
• Define OKRs, lead KPIs, and ensure feasibility and priority alignment.
• Document interfaces, runbooks, and diagrams in Confluence.
• Write specs and acceptance criteria for engineers to implement.
• Prototype endpoints and admin tools; review code paths and data flows.
• Collaborate across engineering, support, moderation, marketing, and finance.
