Job summary

Seeking.com (Reflex Media) is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the platform and internal systems. The role is fully remote within the USA and focuses on the internal tools, payments, and moderation stack, driving simplification of complex systems and clear documentation.

You will work closely with engineers to prototype, document, and measure the impact of technical changes, and help translate requirements between technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; technical background preferred.
• 3–6 years in a technical product role, with engineering experience.
• SQL fluency and ability to read production queries.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and data flows.
• Strong documentation and specification writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform and internal systems roadmap for Seeking’s tools and microservices.
• Define user, metric, and interface for each internal system; set quarterly OKRs.
• Write clear specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineers.
• Prototype endpoints, admin screens, and internal tools before backlog entry.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure feasibility and priority alignment.
• Own the internal payments system and moderation tooling, with measurable metrics.
