Job summary

Reflex Media is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the platform layer behind the Seeking core experience. You’ll work with engineers to simplify complex systems into clean, well-documented interfaces and drive cross-team collaboration.

Remote US-based role with quarterly team weeks in Las Vegas. Base salary ranges from $145,000 to $190,000, with full responsibilities spanning internal tools, payments, and moderation, enabling scalable product delivery.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; technical background preferred.
• 3–6 years in a technical product role.
• Ability to read code and understand data flows.
• SQL fluency; write production queries.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder updates.
• Experience with API/microservices/platform PM roles.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap for internal tools and microservices; define interfaces and metrics.
• Own documentation: architecture, runbooks, runbooks in Confluence.
• Write specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineers.
• Prototype endpoints and internal tools before backlog; produce test artifacts.
• Collaborate across engineering, support, moderation, marketing, and finance.
• Track payments and moderation tooling metrics; ensure data-driven decisions.
