First National Bank is seeking a Partner & Platform Product Manager to own the merchant experience and marketplace platform relationships within Point of Sale Lending – Home Improvement. You will drive platform health, roadmap, and partner collaborations to deliver measurable value for merchants and customers.

The role requires 5+ years in product/platform management, banking experience, and strong analytical skills to shape policy decisions and drive platform success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, platform management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of banking, financial services, or other relevant industry experience preferred.
• Experience developing business requirements, defining success metrics, and managing project prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with business leadership and technology teams to inform decision‑making.
• Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into strategy.
• Experience with vendor management, SLA oversight, and escalation management.

Responsabilités

• Own partner experience and marketplace platforms end-to-end, serving as the primary product owner responsible for platform health, capability, and evolution.
• Prioritize backlog and roadmap with measurable success metrics.
• Lead API and integrations management and ensure ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to meet regulatory requirements.
• Provide deep-dive analyses of partner performance and derive actionable insights.
• Govern platform operations with defined processes and escalation protocols.
