Job summary

First National Bank of Omaha is seeking a Partner & Platform Product Manager to own the merchant experience and marketplace platform relationships within Point of Sale Lending - Home Improvement. You will manage platform health, evolve capabilities, and lead vendor technology engagements.

You will drive strategic platform partnerships, set roadmaps, and coordinate with risk, compliance, and product strategy to deliver measurable value for merchants and customers alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
• 5+ years in product or platform management or related discipline.
• Experience with vendor management, SLA oversight, and escalation handling.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and manage complex partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage partner experience and marketplace platforms end-to-end.
• Maintain partner backlog and roadmap with measurable success metrics.
• Lead API and system integrations and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, and EVM on requirements and monitoring.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to assess partner performance and health.
• Ensure governance, controls, and QA for platform releases.
