FNBO seeks a Partner & Platform Product Manager to own the merchant experience and marketplace platforms within Point of Sale Lending – Home Improvement. You will drive platform health, evolution, and risk management while coordinating with partners, risk, and strategy teams.

The role requires a strong product leadership background, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate platform insights into strategic roadmaps that deliver measurable value for merchants and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or platform management experience in financial services preferred.
• Experience developing business requirements, defining success metrics, and prioritizing projects.
• Proven ability to partner with business leadership and technology teams to drive decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills for translating data into strategy and action.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage partner experience and marketplace platforms end-to-end.
