Job summary

Imagine is seeking a Distribution Coordinator in Minnesota to manage the flow of products from production to final delivery. You will work with production, warehouse, transportation, customer service, and carriers to ensure accurate processing, on-time delivery, and alignment with customer requirements.

You will maintain documentation, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues. Shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with responsibilities including coordinating shipments, preparing shipping

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of experience in shipping, warehousing, logistics, transportation, or distribution operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer and business requirements.
• Schedule pickups, deliveries, and transportation services with carriers and logistics partners.
• Prepare, process, and maintain shipping documentation, labels, bills of lading, and shipment records.
• Verify product quantities, packaging, labeling, and shipment accuracy prior to dispatch.
• Monitor shipment status and provide tracking updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Investigate and resolve shipping, transportation, delivery, and invoicing issues.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped on schedule.
• Utilize shipping software and carrier systems to process shipments and maintain records.
• Support process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and service levels.
