Job summary

iCapital is seeking an experienced Vice President to lead the US Platform Operations team and oversee end‑to‑end operational execution for the platform’s alternative investment offerings. This leader will drive BAU platform operations, middle‑office execution, and technical support across a fast‑growing environment.

You will directly manage a team of 3–5 professionals, foster accountability and continuous improvement, and partner with Client Management, Product, Technology, and Fund Origination

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or alternatives.
• Leadership experience managing small operations teams in dynamic environments.
• Strong focus on operational excellence, process optimization, and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end operational execution of fund launches across the covered client portfolio, ensuring on‑time, accurate delivery.
• Lead BAU platform operations, middle‑office execution, and technical support with a focus on reliability and scalability.
• Manage escalation and issue resolution, coordinating across Client Management, Product, Technology, and Fund Origination to inform platform enhancements.
