Job summary

Life.Church seeks an Applications Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operation of its enterprise software and cloud platforms. You will manage identity and access across platforms, including Microsoft 365 and EntraID, configure SSO, SCIM provisioning, and OAuth workflows, and handle Tier 2 escalations from the Helpdesk.

You will coordinate with IT teams and vendors to maintain secure, well-configured systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of related IT experience with administration of enterprise software or cloud platforms preferred.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies, identity and security, or IT service management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of Life.Church's portfolio of enterprise software and cloud platforms.
• Administer identity and access across platforms, including Microsoft 365 and EntraID.
• Own Tier 2 escalation queue; coordinate with Helpdesk and IT Support to resolve issues.
• Perform initial cybersecurity response, triage alerts, and support security changes.
• Coordinate vendor and license support, renewals, and cost tracking.
• Create runbooks and SOPs; maintain documentation for platforms and integrations.
