YouVersion is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to oversee the integrity, performance, and cost-effectiveness of our cloud-based infrastructure supporting Life.Church apps and platforms. You will lead automation, maintenance, and incident response, while guiding DevOps practices and security controls.

This role requires strong collaboration, 7+ years of related experience, and a background in computer science. Bachelor's degree preferred with cloud certifications. On-site Edmond, OK.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related work experience in cloud infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred.
• Professional cloud certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software to automate infrastructure operations.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure and respond to incidents.
• Define and enforce DevOps standards and processes.
• Manage cost optimization for cloud resources.
• Coordinate with vendors and evaluate solutions.
• Train Site Reliability Engineers on best practices.
• Ensure security controls for infrastructure and applications.
• Perform regular maintenance and monitoring.
• Define SLAs and performance indicators.
• Oversee performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
