Job summary

Healthcare Systems of America is seeking a Server & Application Administrator to lead the administration, security, and lifecycle management of our server and cloud infrastructure, identity systems, and enterprise applications.

You should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, PowerShell, and IAM, plus familiarity with privileged access management and governance platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in enterprise server and cloud administration.
• 3+ years with Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.
• 3+ years of Active Directory and identity management.
• Experience leading infrastructure and application projects.
• Experience in highly regulated environments such as healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Cloud Administration: manage hybrid cloud environments and DR/BCP.
• Microsoft 365 Administration: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID.
• Identity & Access Management: RBAC design, lifecycle provisioning/deprovisioning, access reviews.
• Privileged Access Management: PAM platforms, credential rotation, session monitoring.
• Automation & Process Improvement: PowerShell automation for lifecycle management.
• Application Administration: upgrades, patching, integrations with identity services.
