Job summary

Universal Orlando Resort seeks a Director, Platform Operations to organize and execute the goals of the Platform Operations and Governance team. You will lead a hands-on, outcomes-oriented group with deep enterprise delivery expertise and oversee the Infrastructure PMO to ensure IT deliverables meet goals, deadlines, budgets and requirements.

You will drive roadmap planning, budgeting, vendor management and performance reviews to elevate reliability, security and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Portfolio, Project & Program Delivery across Parks Technology. Oversee PMO to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Develop and publish project/financial reports, scorecards and performance trends.
• Advance PMO maturity through process improvements and standardized governance.
